UniticMedia sells digital products including UI kits, HTML templates, WordPress themes, and Laravel projects. All products are delivered digitally via a secure download link sent to your email after successful payment.
3. License
Upon purchasing a digital product from UniticMedia, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any product purchased from UniticMedia.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Gumroad, our authorized reseller. Prices are listed in USD. UniticMedia reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
5. Download Links
Download links are valid for 48 hours after purchase and allow a maximum of 3 downloads. If you experience issues with your download link, please contact us at contact@uniticmedia.com.
6. Intellectual Property
All digital products sold by UniticMedia are the intellectual property of UniticMedia. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright to the buyer.
7. Limitation of Liability
UniticMedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Albania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tirana, Albania.
