Our Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Once a digital product has been downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds.

Eligible Refunds

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • The product was not delivered (download link not received within 24 hours of purchase)
  • The product is significantly different from what was described on the product page
  • The product file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • You were charged multiple times for the same order

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your purchase at contact@uniticmedia.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • A description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Non-Eligible Refunds

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after downloading the product
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake
  • You lack the technical skills to use the product
  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase
